For the record:  (1) Are you sure it's an exact quote, or should I verify it with Blanton? (2) I assume the conference was the Loving More East conference? (3) Do you know the year?

Blanton, author of Radicle Honesty said in his Key note address 
(addressing some 150 Polys):   "You guys are the research and 
development arm of society".
