Here is my praise for one night stands!

Last year I did a presentation at Chicago Adventure, a several 
hundred person swinger play party at a big Chicago suburb hotel.   My 
partner and I met a couple in the bar and had dinner with them that 
evening at the convention.  She was VERY interesting to me and so the 
swinger part of my personality came out (and remember, I am a hard 
core Poly activist) and I asked her to play.   She looked at her 
watch and likened as to how she had forty five minutes till her first 
date for the evening and her "dance card" was full up.   "Strike 
while the iron is hot"  so they say.  So I did.

	And damned if we didn't fall in love, yes, real love, and she was a 
hard core swinger who had never heard of Polyamory.   I explained it 
to her and she liked the concept.  And so we have been LDR lovers 
ever since and her husband and my partner have been getting on quite 
well too.

	It I hadn't taken a risk and pushed the edges of my Poly side I 
might have missed this wonderful lady.  One night stands are not all 
bad if you have the right perspective.  In my opinion,  "perspective 
is everything'.

	I have a member of my extended Poly family (who is also a swinger 
BTW) who says:

	"Sex is what you do while you are getting to know someone"
