I guess I'm a "big tent" poly; as far as I'm concerned *all* sexual behavior
falls into (at least) one of four categories.  And my categories are

1) Abusive
2) Monogamous
3) Polyamorous
4) Celibate

If you pick three that it ain't, welcome, at least as I see it, to the fourth.

And FWIW, polyamorous and monogamous have more in common with each other than
any other pair on the list.  Teeny distinctions within polyamorous, like
polyfide versus swinger versus (non-abusive) religious polygyny, are a tempest
in a teacup IMO; they make as little account to me as the distinction between
non-masturbating and masturbating celibacy.
