The UU denomination faces some social disapproval for almost any viewpoint that differs from the "mainstream". We affirm Gay partnerships and the freedom to marry, opposing the alleged "sanctity of Marriage" mythology promoted by the religious right. I sense that polyamory is in the same classification--different from the mainstream , but morally legitimate.
