This has become a growing problem on e-mail discussion lists.  Yes, don't open the link.  And - yes - delete the message right away from both group archives and your own email folder.   In addition you should run full scans of with your updated spybot, malware and anti-virus programs.  Actually you should do that rather regularly.   I have to field at least 2 or 3 of these every week from the Expansive Loving list alone.   When you see posts like this, the owner of the email address of origin likely had nothing to do with sending the message.  It simply means that someone with that email address in their contact list has a "bot" infection" and appropriated the email address for it's own purposes.   Folks often don't even know this is happening until somebody informs them.
