mutually exclusive and/or people can do one or the other when in fact many of us do both. Not many real people closely resemble either the poly or the swing stereotypes.
I'm one of those people. My recent experiences would make anyone looking in from the outside think I'm a swinger (and have been "accused" of such by a few different poly friends recently) when in reality, that's not the case.
