This again becomes a matter of opinion and boundries. I do not consider
anyone that I am not sexual with to be someone with whom I am in a
"relationship" (using the narrower term usually meaning 'romantic', but
not
necessarily including love or any real romance).
Perhaps the right focus is that you COULD be sexual with them.
Take me for example, I am now sexual with my wife, and my OSO K.
But if I were to have a medical problem that prevented me from being sexual
at all (as in intercourse), would I then no longer be poly? "many loves"
it says, not "many sex".
I don't count all my good friends within polyamory either.
