I agree. There are thousands of Internet sites to discuss Civil Liberties  
issues, including UU general discussion lists (see UUA Statement of Conscience  
on Civil Rights) and polyactivism lists (where poly and civil liberties  
intersect). Freedom of speech means the government can't prevent us  from 
discussing these issues. It does NOT mean that privately run  UUPoly has to permit 
off-topic posts that interfere with the purpose of the  list.
