1. A paper by Jasmine Walston given out at the last GA titled Polyamory: An
Exploratory Study of Responsible Multi-partnering. Jasmine is President of
UUPA and can be contacted through the UUPA website. Her paper, done in
2001 is very well done and evaluates responses from 430 Polys.

2. Try to get back issues of Loving More Magazine: a. Survey Results --
Who are we? And Other Interesting Impressions, Loving More Magazine #30
Summer of 2002. and b. More Survey Results: Polyparents: Having
Children, Raising Children, Schooling Children, Loving More Magazine #31
Fall of 2002.

These two papers come from a large (several hundred questionnaires) survey
done in the late 90's by Loving More Magazine then owned by Ryam Nearing.
These data are presently being considered for "reanalysis" by the Academic
Polyamory Research Group, just recently formed and will be digitized and
sliced and diced.

The academic community is just beginning to gear up to do real, well
designed research in Polyamory and I know a study of Polyamorous families
with children is in the very early stages of preparation.

I have more information on research in Polyamory that might be of use to
you. Congregations need to know that the academic community has an interest
