[UUPoly-L] Does this sound like you?

Hi Folks:
 
After I introduced myself on more than one poly list a couple weeks ago, a few folks wrote to me off list and/or left me a message via my 360 page....unfortunately I was not able to respond to them, because apparently they have their settings set up to not permit messages to be sent to them via that venue.  They probably don't know it, and think I'm being rude.  If this sounds like it might be you, please try again, and give me a way to respond this time.  :-/  When you write to someone via their 360 page, your own 360 and/or profile needs to be set to allow messages, otherwise the person will be blocked.  Your other option is to include your e-addie in the content of your message, so they can respond to you...because it doesn't show up in your message automatically, and if your "handle" is different from you e-mail user name, you're very hard to find.  Here's another friendly tip...when you write to someone and say you saw them on "the poly list", it's a good idea to say
 which one...there are several.....local and national.
