I've found UU to be very welcoming. I had a great deal of trouble going to other churches, because I felt it was endorsing something that I didn't believe in. But at UU, since there's no particular dogma, I don't feel that I'm endorsing anything other than treating others with respect, and that I have NO trouble endorsing.
