I'd love to see a San Diego chapter of the UUPA, but I also have no idea
where we would start - perhaps the UUPA folk on this list would be able to
help ;-) 

I'm no longer formally a member of the First UU, as I don't attend services
anymore (which has nothing to do with the congregation or my association as
a UU - it has to do with personal logistics), but I'm in North Park.  Would
folks like to get together sometime?  I'm big on the local North Park coffee
shops - especially Claire de Lune.

We too!  In fact we were talking the other night about what it might take to
make a San Diego Area chapter of UUPA, and what we might be able to do with
it.  We have poly people to represent at one level or another 4 of the 5
area UU congregations.  Does any one know (or if this is a thread I missed
by skipping directly to "San Diego", would any one be willing to patiently
point me in the right direction)?
