I see a great deal of issue with it. I personally know of a UU minister who  
is poly and out about it to the UUA, to the MFC, and to a number of 
individuals,  but has specifically asked that their name NOT be placed on UUPoly. 
 
Being out is NOT one monolithic thing. There are many levels of "outness."  
It is one thing to let people or employers know as needed about one's personal  
life; it is quite a different thing to put it on a searchable database on the 
 Internet. These choices about how much and where to be out involve 
subtleties of  decision making that no one is qualified to decide for someone else. 
 
So please, don't place anyone else's full name in these archives without  
their specific consent.
