My research was stemmed from the point of AIDS in White and African American
Men who have sex with men. (AAMSM, WMSM).  It is being included in that
research because a vast number of swingers, and you could also use the term
swappers, which makes the field of partners must more selective, do not use
condoms because they believe they are not at risk due to their particular
groups, income, social position.  Our council had not taken into account
that demographic when we started looking at MSMs because most of our clients
up to that point had identified as monogomous men who had sex with other
men, but without either the participation or the knowledge of the wives.  It
has come to our attention through intake interviews at the clinics that
straight men don't use condoms because condoms indicate 'gay' sex, and they
hold that they are not gay.  If you want to talk about this more off line
write me directly at this email and we can continue this.  Because of this
research we have included a number of new populations in SC as 'of interest'
since we don't yet have enough information to make them an 'at risk
