Is there a way to become a member and/or remain on the mail list if  you 
can't afford $20 for membership fee?
 How were the Gender question answer choices [Male/Female/Trans]  arrived at? 
 The majority of trans people consider themselves male or female, just  not 
the gender designation assigned them at  birth.
