    Sexual harrasment is illegal on the federal level. It's very easy to
    show sexual harrassment via discrimination based on sexual orientation
    even in states where sexual orientation is not a protected category in
    the same way as race and religion.

    I am personally aware of two very easy lawsuits based on sexual
    orientation discrimination in Texas, where it is not a protected
    category. And Texas is also an at-will employment state.
