ummm... o.k. ... I have to admit I've come into this conversation late, but I have to wonder where you work that you're holding hands and having morning prayer? I mean, that whole sentence just *screams* discrimination law suit to me.
I'd think that a good contingency lawyer would be drooling over this, especially if the organization has any kind of deep pockets. I'm not big on suits to settle things, but it seems that the bigger the company, the more true it is, that they don't hear anything that dosen't affect the bottom line.
