[UUPoly-L] Adultery = Life in Prison in Michigan?
I found this on another list. A little hard to believe, but I tried
to find a disclaimer on snopes.com and couldn't.

Evidently a weirdly written law in Michigan resulted in a court
affirming that someone can be sentenced up to life in prison for
adultery. The case involved a man who traded drugs for sex. The law
says that a person is guilty of first-degree criminal sexual conduct
whenever "sexual penetration occurs under circumstances involving the
commission of any other felony." First-degree criminal sexual conduct
is punishable by up to life in prison.
