To play devil's advocate, the other side of that coin is no one will
ever get Way better unless they get a chance.


We all took the same test, in the same room.
I didn't have any kind of a "privliged" upbringing, public schools all the
way.


There needs to be some
medium between never giving a minority a chance to get in the game (by
always hiring us well educated white guys) and getting the job done,
which also is a priority.  There are no clean answers.


As opposed to well educated minorities?
This was in Hawaii, where the idea that orientals are a minority is rather
different.
