Re: [UUPoly-L] Coming out as Poly at work: Need Feedback.

  Hi Paola,

CYA means "Cover your Ass", lol. Yes, they did have a non-discrimination
policy....but obviously didn't have to abide by it if they "found" another
reason to fire me....*sigh* I hate Lubbock....

When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you
begin to discover that it's bottomless, that it doesn't have any
resolution, that this heart is huge, vast, and limitless. You begin to
discover how much warmth and gentleness is there, as well as how much
  space.

    Dear Faith,

What do you mean by CYA? Did your company have a sexual orientation
    non-discrimination clause?

    Thanks for sharing,

    Paola

    Dear Paola,

Not long ago, I shared my story about coming out at work. Supposedly,
    they
were okay with GLBT issues too. I got fired on a trumped up (false)
    issue...............Unfortunately, I now say CYA.

    Faith
