If it would help, we have a pretty active online group based out of
Madison, Wisconsin (nicknamed the Berkley of the Midwest), but with
members around the country. We are currently going through discussions
at least related to your questions. Your input would be welcome, and you
could certain bring up your own concerns as well. There are many UU's in
the group, as well as a huge variety of various folks. Feel free to join
