[UUPoly-L] Radical Inclusion

I'm reading with interest the discussion of changes on the UUA website.
 
I'm wondering...
 
Our congregation in San Jose has been holding "Radical Inclusion" workshops 
focused on a variety of groups that might not feel completely accepted in our 
congregation (sexual minorities, different generations, "differently-abled", 
etc).
 
Are any other congregations involved in this sort of thing?  I have a feeling 
it must come out of some denomination-wide initiative that I have just 
somehow dozed through.

Does anyone know?  It seems relevant to our discussions.
