The old poly  "standby" is to call your boyfriends, or girlfriends your SPICE.  Instead of Spouse, you have Spice.
The word "couple" refers to just two.  Otherwise, in polyamory, you may have a Triad (3), or Quad (4), Pent(5), forget what six would be, lol.  
Many people object to being either "primary" or secondary, but I guess you could say, my "secondary spice", or my "primary spice", in deciding what level your relationship may have reached with different people.  Just my opinon on this, any one else's would probably also work.
