Thanks for the thoughts, Les!  I'm glad things go
pretty well for you.  We're taking quite a bit of heat
from her friends about this, especially since I have a
child.  They think I'm driving my husband away (little
do they know that he has another relationship, but I'm
not going to out him as well) and am going to screw up
my kid.  In actuality, everything is great at our
house.  My son loves my new girlfriend and has known
her since he was born.  I just feel reeeeeeally
confused right now.  Even though I know inside myself
that I'm not doing anything wrong and am working very
hard to make sure everyone feels loved and cared for,
these external messages making me out to be some evil
psychopath are hard to swallow.

Anyway.  Other comments are welcome.  Why can't people
just listen and have compassion instead of jumping to
judgement?
