Re: [UUPoly-L] Back from the "Loving More" East Coast PolyamoryRetreat!

Hi Jens!
No, looks like pretty much the whole conference was UU. A young woman I
spent some time with even had a UU "T" shirt on the first day, which is how
I began my first conversation with her - it pays to advertise!
And speaking of UU's, I'm planning a short report Sunday during "Joys and
Sorrows" about the weekend - nothing specific, of course, but just to
introduce the topic to my congregation. So far as I've been able to tell,
Augusta UU's are still unaware that poly is an issue, and I'm hoping to
change that. We're actually about to finalize our "Welcoming Congregation"
status, and there's been no mention, so I'm attending the committee's
meeting Wednesday next to see what might be done, if anything at this late
date.
 Who says advocacy is dead?
So nice to have the chance to visit a bit with you and Nancy, but I', sorry
we didn't get more chance. Really the retreat needs to be a full week,
don't you think? Just imagine the fun we could have! ;-)

Blessings - Keith
