Bottom line: the guy who wrote the Google Knol article was not "being judgmental," he was doing newbie readers a service by explaining actual differences between poly and swinging.

I heartily disagree. I think he was (deliberately or not) being quite judgmental about swinging, both implicitly and explicitly. he created a mythical "poly life is a shiny, happy, enlightened" scenario, while leaving the swinging side of the debate (which he invoked) almost entirely to innuendo and the reader's imagination.


Heck, if you couldn't judge anything, how could you tell anything apart?

"impartial observation" comes to mind.
