I foiund that a king size sleeps three just fine.  And we're were not petite
people.  :)  But, there was enough room as long as you don't mind cuddling.

Oh, the person in the middle can get very warm from the body heat, so if
there is a chronically "cold" person, that is a good spot to be in.
