Really nothing; this is working very smoothly as a one-man project out
of my desk drawer. But I'll remember your offer if I ever want to hand
it off.

I'm quite sure the returns would be so few as to be meaningless. What
I'd like to know is how many of the flyers get picked up. Based on my
experience at Arisia (it was a big event, 2,000 people, in a liberal,
UU-heavy state), I'm sending about 12 to 20 copies of each. What with
printing and postage, this is running about $5 per package weighing
between 8 and 15.9 oz. (Postage leaps in price at 16 oz.) I'd like to
know if this is too many or too few.

If each package results in 1 person spending $300 to attend a Loving
More conference (they badly need the revenue!), or a couple of paying
UUPA members, I'll consider it a huge success. Even failing that, it
makes the poly community a visible part of fandom.

A version is on the UUPA website, uupa.org.
