While I had not heard specific mention of ministers,
this would explain something specific which I read in
the UUMA's guidelines.

These guidelines specifically prohibit a married
minister being sexual with a congregant, or any
minister being sexual with a married congregant.

Otherwise, the guidelines are quite general in
condemning sexual misconduct.  I can only think that
language this precise is a reaction to having a
plethora of ministers engaging in not-so-ethical
extramarital relationships.

Sound about right?
