Oh, I don't know .... it seems to me that we can find discussion of that subject easily elsewhere.  Not sure I see how it's on topic here, other than only to assert the obvious - that the Spitzers would have been better off having an honest and open relationships.  Eliot doesn't seem the sort to me, being especially ethically challenged beyond cheating on his wife.  His level of assumed entitlement and hypocracy to me is truly breathtaking.
