Umm, same questions as for the last survey.  Who's doing it, and why?  What are their goals in doing it?  What are they looking for, and are they aware that if they look for something they are likely to find it?  What are their personal opinions regarding polyamory, and are they aware that their preconceptions will likely affect the results of the survey?  Has this survey gone past the IRB?  You say he's hoping for polyamorists, but his informational paragraph doesn't mention that at all.  Also, the paragraph doesn't include a contact link.  Jasmine, sorry, I'd love to help out your professor, as well as broaden our public image, but I'd like more information.
