Most of this information is in the survey intro, on the website. Did  you 
look at it? 
 
This is academic research by a respected professor who always treated  me 
very well and treated the topic professionally and with appropriate  academic 
interest. This professor has been published in peer-reviewed  academic journals. 
 
No survey is ever perfect. But I was delighted that polys were  specifically 
invited to participate -- actually sought out. And every  good-effort survey 
and its resulting paper gives researchers an opportunity  to fine tune the next 
one.

I hope lots of polys will respond to this  survey.
