I've been lurking here for a long time. I just had to respond to this comment. The following link will take you to the website of a long term experiment run by Princeton University on the effect on random number generators of human emotional reactions to world wide events. While this isn't exactly the "law" of attraction, it may be its first cousin, structurally. YMMV
