Thanks for your comments, Bill.

I have cites for virtually any statement I make-- my background as a
scientist leaves me with little interest in my *opinion*, or anyone else's,
for that matter. I want to know what is verifiable, what is "real". And
that is a continual process; no matter what I thought was true yesterday, I
expect it to be consistent with the new experiences and information I get
today, or it is re-evaluated.

But I don't normally respond to demands; I'm interested in dialog with
others who are also seeking information, who are on a path of discovery; I
have no interest in rhetoric, nor in talking people who have a fixed opinion
that they are trying to impose on others.

I do notice that the matter you raise above, either I wasn't clear enough,
or you may have made assumptions that weren't correct. I wasn't talking
about feeding cow's milk to babies (which I think is a terrible idea, but
that is another discussion). I was referring to adults-- the vast majority
of whom seem to have their respiratory health improve significantly when
they eliminate all cow dairy products from their diet. I've seen a variety
of studies showing this, but more importantly to me, based on those studies,
I have made that recommendation to more than 50 people, all but one of whom
found the difference dramatic. Information I can use on a practical level
is the most valuable of all to me.
