[UUPoly-L] Update on UUPA membership

As most of you know, this email list does not require membership in UUPA for
participation. However, UUPA needs all the members we can get to support the
work we do in churches and at the UUA General Assembly, and the ad in
UUWorld.
 
As of now, we have only 58 active members (5 of whom are on fee waivers) and
another 56 members from 2008 who have not renewed for 2009. We have a total
of 351 names of people who have shown interest in UUPA, inquirers from the
ad who have received brochures, former members and lost members, etc.
 
I want to ask the several hundred participants on this list, especially
those who have joined us in the past, to continue to support UUPA by the
small membership donation of $20/year. You do not need to be a member of a
UU church, or active in any other way, only that you believe the work we are
doing is worth a small donation. Information is on the membership page at
www.uupa.org
