One room will be available around March 1st: 9 x 13, towards the back of the house, with a closet that includes built-in shelves. It also has windows all along one wall, but high enough that a bed or small furniture would fit under the windows. $595 plus 1/3 utilities 


Another room is available immediately. That room has one window facing the front yard, and the beautiful view overlooking parts of Oakland 
and Alameda, plus the bay itself and parts of the peninsula from San Mateo to San Francisco.   9 1/2 X 8 1/2  $475 plus 1/3 utilities

The house itself has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, huge enclosed back yard, and open front yard. New tenants would share bathroom and kitchen with roommates. The living room has a huge window to enjoy the beautiful view described above and the birds. The bathroom includes a deep, full-size tub. The backyard provides a great view of stars on a clear night, even though you are in fact in the city. Very near 580, off the Edwards Ave exit.
