[UUPoly-L] FRAUD ALERT RE: paula wants to add you as a friend :)

In case you don't know, Grouply is a pernicious organization.  It is quite
likely that "Paula" is not even aware that this message has been sent.

When one joins Grouply, you need to give them the passwords to your e-mail.
Doing so allows the folks at Grouply complete access to your controls.
Somebody at Grouply could add or delete members, change your settings, etc.
Even without your knowledge, they can access all addresses in your computer
and can send not only grouply invitations but also sell the addresses to
other companies who then send spam to all those addresses.

Another problem with grouply is that apparently they start archiving all
posts from all yahoo groups you belong to - not just your posts, but all
posts.  This is a wild breach of security for all concerned.

Please do not use Grouply; if you are signed up, I would recommend that you
cancel your membership.  It may be very difficult-- many people have had
problems trying to do so.
