I'm not sure what you are asking. Many poly resources exist on the  Internet: 
local, regional, national, international, websites, email lists,  blogs, 
podcasts. New ones are being created all the time. Someone or some  group has an 
idea to create a poly resource, and voila, there it is. The  availability of 
the Internet has made networking soooo much easier than it  used to be.
