Excellent point. Do you have ideas for how we should proceed with this?

I think whenever the discussion comes up emphasize the communication and skills that are needed to ensure it works and strives to protect children, the elderly or other vulnerable populations. Emphasize the "tribal" concept not just the loving more part of it.
