There's a group on Facebook called "Polyamory Europe".  The guy that facilitates it keeps tabs on a number of poly-groups all over the world.  You may have to be a member of Facebook to access it.  If you aren't a member and don't want to become one, and you can't get into the group without being a member, let me know and I will write the guy personally and ask for info. for you.

Also, MeetUp has a map of Polyamory groups all over the world.  http://polyamory.meetup.com/   Once you get that page, you'll see a search field on the right where you can enter the country's name.

Hopefully you'll find some connections that way.
