I tried to make a donation and renewal online via the membership form,
http://www.uupa.org/forms/memberform.htm

...and got this error message:

An error occurred while processing the form .

The staff at uupa.org have been alerted to the error .
uupa.org apologizes for any inconvenience this error may have caused.
-----------------------

I've tried several times, and I can't find anything wrong (except that
the instructions to Control-click on some selections seems to be
broken. I'm using Firefox).

Can you fix the form, and tell us when it's fixed and working? Maybe
this is why you're getting few renewals.
